The leg workout that kept me sore for 5 days!

Lately I have been working out at home but tonight I decided to go to the gym and do my leg workout.
This workout left me sore for basically 5 days and while there are exericses in this wokrout that I did that are staples in my leg day routine; what moved the needle for this workout were 3 exericses that I added in: heavier RLD with an barbell (usually use dumbbells), clam shells and the quad extension machine. This was honestly a great workout and because I am getting back into doing longer workouts with more reps and sets, there were several exercises of this workout that I only did 2 sets, with 8 exercises at times. 

For the description of this workout, I will put the sets and repetitions I will recommend you to do. But please adjust this workout to you. Remember: a shorter workout is better than no workout, and modify where you need to!

Workout:

Walk 30-45 minites on a speed comfortable for you!
Heavier RDL with barbell 3x10
Dumbbell squat 3x10
Reverse lunge with barbell 3x10 each side
Clam shells 3x10 each side
Quad extension 3x10
Forward walking lunges with dumbbells 3x10 each leg
